When asked who/what he attributes the success of Fittr to, Jitendra Chouksey, founder of Fittr quickly dedicated it to all his clients from day 1 who have spread the word of Fittr as he believes that the word of mouth publicity worked wonders for them.
JC explains that Fittr has rarely followed any norms or had strategies for growing. They have been constantly focussed on delivering to help people get fit. The rest of it formed on its own with the growth of the community, which is loyal and has since formed the core of Fittr along with the coaches.
JC shares that the unorganized fitness industry is now moving towards being more organized and reliable. With the growth of online fitness platforms, sharing knowledge has proved fruitful in pushing the lazy crowd to be motivated, given they can work from home at their convenience.
JC describes how Fittr coaches were first their clients, who have transformed and are now an asset to Fittr. Even during the pandemic, Fittr has been sensitive to all the stakeholders’ gain. JC shows us the advantages of training online compared to training alongside your personal trainer. With the changing schedules, many find online training more convenient and thus adhere to the schedule and program.
According to JC, Fittr had its ups and downs during the pandemic. However, slowly once people settled in, their customer base grew considerably. Fittr will focus on growing on the same model as they are, as he feels it is the most viable model. Group coaching is something Fittr clients can look forward to which will be more economical.
