Unschool is an e-mentorship platform allowing students, graduates, young professionals, entrepreneurs to create an online learning ecosystem that fits their needs and industry demands. Correspondingly, Unschool is a marketplace where learned individuals or subject matter experts are able to coach younger, inspired minds in their own fields. It helps in optimizing alternative learning and teaching methods by merging career counseling, self-paced learning, personalized mentorship, and individualistic online courses delivered by industry experts. It was founded in the year 2019 and was ranked 3rd in Linkedin’s top 2020 startups.

The idea behind it is moving forward and being futuristic with the kind of ways anybody can learn.
As the conversation came to a close, Narayanan shed light on how the company’s operations were catalyzed by the pandemic. The company hasn’t invested a single penny in advertising, marketing, or content, yet had a massive growth via social network, sales channels, referrals, and organic methods.
